Engagements

Services begin only when the relevant parties sign an agreement or formally accept a written quotation or statement of work. If website content conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Intellectual property

The CHENSYS name, logo, site design and original content are protected. You may view and share links for lawful business purposes, but may not reproduce, modify, imply endorsement or use the brand assets without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, scrape the site in a way that degrades service or use content unlawfully.

Links, availability and liability

Third-party links are provided for convenience and are not controlled by Chensys. The site may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Chensys excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational site.
